There is much more to Tulum than its stunning white sandy beaches and warm turquoise water. Cenote Diving and Tours in Tulum are a big part of what makes this area a very interesting and mystical place. What is a cenote? It is an opening in the ground that gives access to one of the largest underwater river systems in the world. These openings were believed to be doorways to the underworld by the Mayan civilization. Combining fresh and salt water, these fun underwater caves serve as amazing settings for zip lining, cliff jumping, scuba diving and snorkeling! There are so many of them in this area, and many are still undiscovered, so we need a little help. So much adventure to be had and so little time!
